Booking

How do I book a taxi?

You can book a taxi through our website by filling out the booking form, calling us directly, or messaging us on WhatsApp. Simply provide your pickup location, drop location, date, time, and vehicle preference.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 hours in advance for city rides and 24 hours in advance for airport transfers to ensure availability. However, we also accept last-minute bookings subject to driver availability.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking by calling our 24/7 helpline. Cancellations made 2 hours before pickup are free. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment is typically made after the ride completion, though advance payment options are available for confirmed bookings.

Pricing

How is the fare calculated?

Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and route. We provide fixed upfront pricing with no surge charges. The final fare includes base rate, distance charges, and applicable tolls.

Do you charge extra for waiting time?

For airport pickups, we provide 20 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may be charged at ₹50 per 15 minutes. For other services, waiting charges apply after 10 minutes of free time.

Are tolls included in the fare?

Tolls are shown upfront in your fare quote and are included in the final price. You won't be charged extra for tolls during your journey.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before may incur a small fee (typically 10% of the fare) to cover driver allocation costs.

Which airports do you serve?

We currently serve Delhi (IGI), Amritsar (ATQ), and Chandigarh (IXC) airports. We're expanding to more airports soon. Contact us if you need service to/from other airports.

What types of vehicles are available?

We offer Sedans (4 passengers), SUVs (6-7 passengers), and Luxury vehicles. All vehicles are AC, well-maintained, and regularly sanitized.

Do you provide round-trip services?

Yes, we offer both one-way and round-trip services. You can select the round-trip option while booking and specify your return date and time.

Can I track my driver?

Yes, once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive driver details and a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/Email. You can track your driver's location in real-time.

Are your drivers verified?

Yes, all our drivers undergo background verification, license checks, and regular training. We maintain strict safety standards for all drivers in our network.

What if I have an emergency during the ride?

We provide 24/7 emergency support. You can call our helpline anytime during your ride. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for your safety.

What if my flight is delayed?

For airport pickups, we track your flight in real-time and adjust pickup time automatically. Your driver will wait for you even if your flight is delayed, with no extra charges for reasonable delays.
